Delivery timelines may vary based on destination and courier partner. Estimated delivery within India is usually 4–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delays due to weather conditions, logistics issues, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond the control of DSR Sarees and are mutually accepted at the time of booking.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are requested to ensure availability at the delivery address. DSR Sarees is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If the outer parcel appears damaged or tampered with at delivery, customers are advised not to accept the parcel and return it via the courier.

If delivery is accepted, it is mutually agreed that the parcel was received in acceptable condition. Post-delivery claims regarding parcel damage will not be accepted.
