Returns & Refunds Policy – Please read carefully before initiating a return request.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be made within 3 days of the date of delivery.
  • For any returned items, the customer is responsible for courier or shipping charges.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with the price tags intact.

Eligible Return Conditions

  • Item delivered is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Continuous parcel opening video is mandatory for any return request

How to Raise a Return Request

  • Customer must raise a return request from their dashboard
  • Return reason must be clearly mentioned
  • For damaged or incorrect items, photographs of the product, price tag, and packing cover are mandatory
  • Our support team will review and approve the request

Return Inspection & Refund

  • You will receive an email notification once the returned item is received
  • Our quality assurance team will inspect the product
  • Returns showing signs of use, wear, or alteration will not be accepted
  • If the product passes quality check, the refund will be processed
NOTE: Products must be returned in original condition, unused and unaltered. Price tag must be attached and saree folding must remain intact.
