Pricing
Product prices are listed on our website and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. All prices are in rupees of India. DSR Sarees reserves the right to change prices, products, and services at any time.
Shipping
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
• Generally, shipping the items within 3- 7 Business days excluding public holidays and Sundays.
• The shipping method such as express or standard delivery
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
- Returns must be made within 15 days of the date of your order's delivery.
- The product must be accompanied by a completed Return Form.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with price tags.
- It is not recommended that items be used, washed, or altered in any manner.
- You will be notified by email that your returned item has been received and is being processed after it has been received by our Return Desk.
- Our quality assurance staff will inspect the returned item once it arrives. Returns will not be accepted for items that show evidence of wear or usage.
- If the returned product passes our Quality Check, we will credit your DSR Sarees account for the amount you paid.
Termination
- a) If DSR Sarees deems, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you have breached a term of these Terms, it may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service.
- b) If you or DSR deems terminates your use of the Website or any Service, DSR Sarees has the right to remove any content or other materials related to your use of the Service without obligation to you or any third party.
- c) You are responsible for paying for any Service or goods that you have previously ordered until either party terminates the Agreement.
Governing Law
These agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
