Returns must be made within 3 days of the date of your order's delivery.
For any returned items, the client will be responsible for covering the courier or shipping fees.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with price tags.
Customer Can initiate a return request on the following circumstances: Item delivered is damage /defective (or) incorrect item delivered.
Continuous Parcel opening video is must for any return request.
Customer has to raise areturnrequest in their dashboard & update thereturnreason. Incase of damaged / incorrect item a photograph of the product, the price tag & the packing cover which got delivered is mandatory.
Our support team will analyse thereturnrequest and approve the same.

You will be notified by email that your returned item has been received and is being processed after it has been received by our Return Desk.
Our quality assurance staff will inspect the returned item once it arrives. Returns will not be accepted for items that show evidence of wear or usage.
If the returned product passes our Quality Check, we will refund the amount you paid.
NOTE : The products must bereturnedin it's original condition, unaltered and unused. The price tag has to be present. The saree folding has to be intact.
